I have a shop that buys and resells motorcycles — does this code apply?
No. The direct sale of motorcycles is retail trade and has its own explicit exclusion at 47.83.10. 47.92.33 only applies when you do not purchase the vehicles yourself but arrange the deal on behalf of the seller.
I only intermediate new motorcycle parts, not complete bikes — do I need a different code?
No, the same code is sufficient: 47.92.33 covers both new motorcycles and their new parts and accessories. Direct sales of spare parts fall outside it and have their own exclusion at 47.83.20.
