Yes, when the activity is satellite telecommunications: links, satellite transmission and reception, direct-to-home systems, satellite segments, and services that use satellite infrastructure for voice, data, audio, or video. If the work is more specialised — such as satellite tracking, telemetry, or radar stations — 61.90.90 should also be considered.
Is broadcasting TV or radio channels via satellite covered by 61.10.03?
It can be, when you sell transmission services using satellite infrastructure without producing the content. If, however, you programme the television or radio channel itself, the comparison shifts to 60.20.00 for video and 60.10.00 for audio.
I provide satellite tracking and telemetry for vehicles and equipment — does that fall under 61.10.03?
