84.13.40. The public body that sets rules, grants concessions and plans policy for transport and communications belongs here. Those who operate trains, buses or delivery services fall under division 49 — for example 49.31.01 for urban transport. The regulator goes here; the carrier goes there.
What is the difference between 84.13.40 and the regulation of trade, accommodation and catering 84.13.50?
The difference lies in the sector administered. Code 84.13.40 regulates transport and communications; code 84.13.50 (84.13.50) regulates trade, hotels and catering. If you deal with mobility and communication networks, choose 84.13.40; if you plan trade and hospitality, use 84.13.50.
