93.29.10 if the main activity is operating the dance floor, dance hall or nightclub and drinks service is not the core of the offering. If the main part is serving drinks, see 56.30.02.
I organise dance evenings at third-party venues: 93.29.10?
Only if you manage the dance floor or dance hall. If you organise the event without running the venue, 82.30.09 may be more appropriate.
I run a dance school with salsa and tango classes: 93.29.10 or education?
Usually not, because 93.29.10 covers the operation of dance halls and dance floors as an entertainment venue. If you sell dance classes as your main activity, the code to compare is 85.51.09.
My venue also hosts live concerts: do I stay on 93.29.10?
If the heart of the business remains the dance floor or dance hall, yes. If the venue becomes primarily a space for concerts and performances, the activity moves closer to 90.20.09.
