I provide marketing consulting only, without managing campaigns: is it still 73.11.02?
Usually yes — marketing consulting and point-of-sale marketing are included here. If the work is genuine market research with methodology, surveys, and data collection, the code shifts to 73.20.00. Consulting shapes decisions; market research measures them.
My campaigns revolve around influencers: 73.11.02 or a dedicated code?
A dedicated code: influencer marketing falls under 73.11.03, as the exclusions of 73.11.02 indicate. Campaign management stays on 73.11.02 when influencer engagement is not the central element.
